What can I see in the Leads & Insights dashboard?

For each lead, the dashboard displays:

• Contact status (Warm or Hot)
• Listings viewed
• Favorites (saved listings)
• Activity timeline (chronological log of interactions)
• Lead source (which post or link brought them to your page)
• Agent status (whether they've signed with another agent)
