You may feature another agent’s listing only after receiving explicit permission.

Permission should be obtained directly from the listing agent or their brokerage and may be written or otherwise verifiable.

Required steps:

2. Request permission to feature the listing on Your Home Page
3. Retain proof of authorization for your records
