What if a lead doesn't have contact info?

Buyers only need an email to browse listings. However, they'll be prompted to complete their account setup (by adding their name) when they:

  • Navigate to another listing
  • Favorite a listing
  • Click "Contact" or "Schedule a tour"

Lead classification:

  • Warm lead: The buyer has provided their email but may or may not have added their name yet. You'll see their activity and email, but they haven't taken action like favoriting, contacting you, or scheduling.
  • Hot lead: The buyer has been given their phone number to unlock more listing details, clicking "Contact," or requesting to schedule a tour—showing clear intent.

The key difference: warm leads are browsing and engaging with content, while hot leads are actively trying to reach you.
