Best practices:

Say it out loud

• Don't just rely on text overlays
• Verbally direct buyers in your videos

Be specific

• Tell buyers exactly what they'll get
• "Link in bio to see all 5 homes under $400K in this area" performs better than "Check out my page"

Keep it simple

• One clear action is better than multiple options
• "Link in bio to tour this home" works better than "DM me, or comment, or visit my website, or click my link"
